Belt scale weighing instrument

belt scale indicators

The weighing instrument is an essential part of the electronic scale. It is a device used to process the signals sent from the load cell and display it. The weighing instrument on the belt scale is also called the belt scale controller. It can process, display and store the signals obtained from the load cell and the speed sensor and is an important part of the electronic belt scale.

First, the working principle

The weighing instrument will amplify and filter the analog signal obtained from the sensor, and then convert the analog signal into a digital signal through an analog-to-digital conversion module, perform digital processing according to software settings, and finally display the result on the screen. Some weighing instruments also have storage and output functions that can store, count, export, and print data.

Second, the composition of the structure

Weighing instruments typically include A/D conversion modules, displays, lines, processors, power supplies, and communications. Some weighing instruments have some additional functions, such as storage, printing, etc., and are equipped with different components depending on the function.

Third, classification

According to the different installation methods, the belt scale instrument can be divided into two kinds of embedded and wall-mounted. The functions and operations of the two are basically the same, except that the installation method and environment are different. The installation environment of embedded meters is better than wall-mounted ones, and it is embedded and installed. Wall-mounted meters, as their name implies, are installed on the wall. They are generally installed near the belt weighers, and the operating environment is rather harsh.
